The monkey was browsing through the RSS reader on Google yesterday and came across an article (with picture) about a small shark that was found in Indonesia that had two small flipper-like feet! Pretty amazing stuff if you ask me! Of course, in today's computerized world the photo could have been doctored. Heck, if they can put a celebrities face on someone else's nude picture and make it look real then why not flippers on a shark? The monkey will give the submitter the benefit of the doubt. It looks pretty darn real to me.
The submitter then commented about the theory of evolution vs. creationism. The posts started to get ugly with Christians, atheists, and agnostics all chiming in. One shark picture that further proves that the theory of evolution is correct and that there is no God? Wow!
The monkey is a "live and let live" type of primate. Heck, evolution hasn't even caught up with me yet! However, it makes me scratch my head even more than usual. Where do atheists think that all this stuff comes from? Where do atheists go when they die? I'm sure there is a joke somewhere in here like "he was all dressed up with nowhere to go". Even Albert Einstein believed in God. The world considered him one of the greatest scientific minds in history. Who am I, a mere lab monkey, to question Einstein?
I'm only a monkey in a big lab. Working, experimenting, and being experimented on. Lab Notes can be anything: rants, random thoughts, interesting stuff, links, whatever...

Start blogging!
The monkey has decided that it is time to start blogging (again). I need some consistency here. Consistent posts, that kind of thing.
Things are going well! No despair, no anger (aaaahhh!). What has changed? How about my attitude? The lab monkey is looking at things in a different light.
Well, I'm doing this on my lunch break, so keeping it short. Will write more later after escaping the cage.
